Utilização do Google Tradutor
Inicialmente realizou-se a elaboração do resumo em português apresentado a seguir:
Gênero Publicitário: Aspectos pertinentes para aceitação do público
Há uma crescente evolução nos últimos anos em relação ao vislumbramento do gênero publicitário tornando-se esse um gênero mais polêmico e por isso estudado de forma mais incisiva. Este trabalho teve como objetivo a análise de quatro vídeos do gênero publicitário sob a ótica dos seguintes aspectos: objetivo principal, a quem se destina, conteúdo e aceitação do publico. Utilizou-se o site Youtube para a visualização dos vídeos intitulados Banned underwear commercial, Commercial fire lingerie, Banned trojan condoms commercial e African condon publicity. Em geral os vídeos se designam aos homens com exceção do Commercial fire lingerie que se destina ao público de forma mais ampla. O objetivo principal e o conteúdo são intrínsecos aos vídeos estando estes inter-relacionados com seu público alvo e consequente aceitação. Os vídeos Banned underwear commercial e Banned trojan condoms commercial não obtiveram aceitação do público por apresentarem informações insólitas e propostas críticas, respectivamente. Já os vídeos Commercial fire lingerie e African condon publicity obtiveram aceitação do público por não confrontarem os preceitos populares.

A utilização da ferramenta disponível pela internet o Google Tradutor, foi utilizado de duas formas distintas que será descrita a seguir para a verificação das possíveis diferenças entre elas:
I Etapa: O texto foi disposto no Google Tradutor de forma completa, ou seja, sem a preocupação em separação de períodos o resultado está mostrado a seguir:

The primary purpose and content are intrinsic to the videos and these are inter-related with your target audience and thereby accepted. Videos Banned Banned underwear trojan condoms commercial and commercial acceptance of the public had not had information on unusual and critical proposals, respectively. Since the videos and lingerie African Commercial fire condom publicity gained public acceptance for not confronting the precepts popular.

II Etapa: O texto foi colocado no Google Tradutor levando-se em consideração a formação dos períodos.

III Etapa: Nesta etapa foi realizada uma análise mais precisa do texto que será apresentado a seguir:

Comentários
Problema detectado nas duas traduções – Pela disposição das palavras no texto original o tradutor rearranjou de forma que as mesmas ficassem repetidas (Banned) comprometendo assim o entendimento do texto, isto ocorreu porque a parte em questão do texto estava em língua inglesa causando confusão ao tradutor.
Também foi detectado que o tradutor mudou o sujeito indeterminado para a primeira pessoa do plural (We) no terceiro período. As preposições foram bem colocadas, não alterando o sentido do texto.
A seguir serão expostas as mudanças realizadas com relação a posicionamento das palavras:
- related to the glimpse genre; more forcefully studied; a more broadly public; popular precepts.
Ajuste de sentido:
becoming a more controversial; wich has a advertising genre; It was; aimed to male public; wich ones; hadn’t have public acceptance because of its unusual information.
Preposição inclusa para melhora de sentido:
That
Alteração da palavra gender por genre, pois gender está relacionado com sexo (Masculino/Feminino).
Conclusão
A ferramenta disponibilizada pelo Google para a tradução de textos se mostrou eficaz, valendo a ressalva que a tradução apresenta algumas confusões de sentido e também apresenta alteração da ordem de disposição das palavras. O texto também não apresentou maiores quantidades de erros na tradução, pois se trata de um texto curto o que minimiza as possibilidades da ocorrência destes erros.
