Leisure

Leisure is a period of time spent out of work and fun activities.
It’s very important to have free time because many people have a stressful routine and need some rest to carry on their activities. People prefer relaxing by doing simple things like reading good books, for example.Other ones like traveling, meeting new places and cultures. However, the important thing is to do something you like doing.
People who live far from their family often prefer making anything since they are next to people who also miss, like parents, friends, brothers, husbands and wife. In this case, the companionship is more important than the activity.
There are many types of leisure that involves activity and passive leisure. The first one refers to activities that involve the exertion of physical or mental energy like walking, doing yoga or some activities with more high-impact, such as football or boxing.
On the other hand, the passive leisure concerns to activities which people do not exert any significant physical or mental energy, such as going to the cinema or watching TV. These types of leisure are a good way for relaxing.
Besides that, there are many leisure activities:
- Going out with friends to dance, when nobody is watching;
- Listening to good music and sing, when nobody is hearing;
- Going camping in a beautiful place with friends or boyfriend;
- Going fish, as a sport task.
As far as we can see, wherever or whenever we are with our friends, we always feel good. What more, we can do simple things from riding a bicycle to chewing the rag that we can spend our free time in the best way.
